Our site is currently down for maintenance.

My ad was not refreshed. What should I do?

Here are the things you can do to make sure your ad has been refreshed:

1. Processing your ad refresh usually, takes a couple of minutes after clicking the refresh button. A push notification and email will be sent to you after a successful ad refresh. Make sure that you receive these notifications by checking your notifications bar.

2. If you used OLX Gold to purchase Refresh, check your OLX Gold credits if the amount has been deducted.

If the amount was not deducted, it is possible that your redemption didn’t push through. Check if you have a stable and strong internet connection when refreshing your ad. If you do have a strong internet connection, try logging out and logging back in the app to check if the ad has been refreshed. If your ad has not been refreshed yet, try to refresh your ad again.

If credits were deducted but your ad wasn’t Refreshed, contact our Customer Success Team at support@olx.ph.

3. If you used OLX in-app payment to purchase, wait for the confirmation from your app store that you have successfully purchased the product. This usually comes with a receipt sent to your app store account’s email address or mobile phone.

If you haven’t received the confirmation from the app store, it is possible that the transaction did not push through. You can email the support team of your app store app store or try again.

If you lost internet connection in the middle of the transaction, make sure to connect to a stable and strong internet connection before trying to purchase again. This might cause double purchase. Unfortunately, do not allow a refund in such cases.
