Our site is currently down for maintenance.

My password has expired. How do I set or add a new one?

If you have an account but your password has expired, set a new one by choosing 'Forgot password?' from the 'Log In' page.

 

If you're logged in to your account in the app still but have not set a password, we highly encourage that you do so when prompted with this page.

 

Completing the steps above will also prompt an SMS to be sent to your account's mobile number for a code to be used to activate your new password. 

 

Once you've got you code, go back to your app to enter it and activate your password. This page below will appear after setting your password through either of the first two steps above.
