To whom should my payments be addressed when paying over-the-counter

You may address it to ‘Dragonpay Corporation’.

Do I have to pay extra charges when paying my OLX Gold via Dragonpay

Depending on which Dragonpay payment facility that you’ll be using, you may be charged from PHP 0.10 up to PHP 25.00 as a surcharge.

Please note that your payment transaction will not be processed if the surcharge is not paid.

Until when is my payment transaction request valid?

Validity for each are as follows:

  • ATM/Debit Card - 24 hours
  • Over-the-counter - 48 hours

You must complete your transaction request according to the validity of your chosen payment option.

Who should I contact if my confirmation email hasn’t arrived yet?

You may contact Dragonpay support by sending an email to support@dragonpay.ph or by calling (02)655-6820.

My payment has been confirmed by Dragonpay, but my OLX Gold credits did not reflect yet on my account, what should I do?

Please send us an email with a screenshot of your Dragonpay payment confirmation and your OLX account's mobile and email OR call our hotline at 576-9591 so we can assist you immediately.

DragonPay's Support Team offers different medium of support. You can contact them over the phone at (02)655-6820 from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays, Sundays from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
